About XnailsLi XnailsLi was born during COVID, but the passion behind it started long before. What once began as something I did for fun quickly turned into something I truly couldn’t walk away from. Nails became my outlet, and I fell in love with perfecting every step—taking my time to create the smoothest, cleanest, and best results possible. Today, I’m proud to work from my own private suite, designed to be a calm, peaceful space where you can fully relax and feel taken care of. Booking policy * Appointments: - To book an appointment, you need to deposit $22. Out of this, $20 will be deducted from your service. - Please note that only two reschedules are allowed. After the appointment is canceled, no further rescheduling is permitted. - When booking your appointment, ensure that you’ve added the necessary add-ons, such as any design or soak-off. If you arrive at your appointment expecting a lengthy session but only booked a basic appointment, you’ll have to reschedule or choose a different service that can be completed within the time you booked. If you’re unsure, please message me personally with your set to ensure adequate timing. * Cancellation Policy: - To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. - No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. * Late Policy: - If you arrive after the grace period of 10 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be applied. - If you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. * Payment Policy: - We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay Tap payments.
